 We will not sell, share, or give away your private information, period. 

All outdoor activities are subject to rescheduling, or refunding of monies paid, due to weather conditions at the sole discretion of Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC and its' representatives. No refunds will be granted

By participating in a guided or open hunt, you agree to having your likeness used for promotional purposes by Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC.

By participating in any event run,  sponsored by, or participated in by Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC, you agree to hold harmless Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC, its' employees, owner, land owners, and any and all persons, corporations,  or entities associated with said event for any and all illness or injury you may incur associated with said participation. 

Persons attempting to participate in events run by Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may jeopardize the health and safety of themselves or others will be denied entrance without refund at the sole discretion of Dirt Fishing Adventures LLC and its' representatives.
